Of course! You can change your meal selection each week, as long as your modifications are in before our weekly deadline, which is every Friday at 11:59pm EST.
Absolutely! You can “skip” a week of meals without having to cancel your plan. Once your the week has passed, your charges and deliveries will resume.
After selecting your plan, you will be asked to select the meals for your order before checking out. you have placed your first order, each week afterwards you may login to your account > Manage Subscription > Change Meal Selection.
To cancel your recurring meal plan, simply login to your account > Manage Subscription > find the meal plan you want to cancel and click “Manage” then click “Cancel Meal Plan.”
Yes. Unless you cancel or “skip a week” your meal plan will continue to renew every week.
Not a problem! Your meals are delivered in refrigerated, temperature-controlled packaging capable of withstanding the hot summer heat for up to 36 hours so they’re fresh and ready to be placed in the fridge as soon as you’re home.
Yes, we deliver to apartment and condo buildings. If you do not have a concierge, you will need to provide a buzz code so that the driver has access to your building.
If neither of these are possible options for you, we suggest having your meals delivered to your work address.
We currently deliver once/week on either Monday or Tuesday dependent on your delivery address.
Yes! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and environmentally-friendly. To recycle the ice packs, simply drain the contents first before placing them in the recycling bin.
Yes! all weekly meals at delivered at once, simply put them in the refrigerator on arrival.
We currently do not offer meal customization at this time. Our meals are uniquely created and paired together by our team of executive chefs, and do not omit or add ingredients upon request at this time.
Because our meals are already cooked, our meals and packaging are designed to be heated in the microwave. If you want to heat your meals in the oven, please transfer the food to an oven-friendly dish. Do not use our containers in the oven.
Though we’re pretty big on the “Fresh” aspect, you can certainly freeze your meals if you choose to do so.
Our meals are always prepared fresh and never frozen.
Every personal meal serves a single person. However, we have a selection of family size meals available. Each family size meal serves up to four (4) people.
Our meals are made with only the freshest ingredients. If you wish the extend the life of the meals, you can freeze the meals and follow.
Yes we do. To identify the ingredients and nutritional information for your meals, please click on “Meals” in the menu and select the item for which you want the details.
No. We currently do not accept ingredient substitutions. They are prepared, cooked and delivered as stated on our website.
Gifts & Promotions
Any gift card purchased at Fitness Food Truck does not expire. However, if your gift card was given as part of a promotion it may be subject to an expiration date.
Unless stated differently at the time of promotion, all discount codes can only be used individually.
No. Gift cards are not subject to discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
If your gift card is not working on your meal plan, please reach us directly at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
